rectocele with marble like growth inside

There is a hard marble-like growth inside my rectocele where it protrudes.  Is this something I should have checked again?  It seems to be getting larger and has been there for months.

Hi,
Sorry, I skipped over your question, did not realize. THe growth in your rectocele is not normal and you should definitely have it checked out. There is a possibility that this may be a callous forming where the protrusion is touching your legs or clothing, but that is hard to be certain about without looking at it. I am assuming it is always in the same place, and does not move after you have bowel movements. You should have it looked at.

It does move around.  My OBGYN said it was nothing to worry about, but I don't think she actually knew what I was talking about.  I think she thought I was talking about the little growths I have around my opening.  I kept trying  to get her to locate it, but she never did.  She thought it might be a cyst; but I think it's too hard for that.  Maybe I should see another doctor.
