Dear doctor,
I have seen surgeon today as i noticed one peanut shaped lumb in my left scrotum..It is movable and seperate from my testis.Surgeon advised for an ultrasound and i have done it.Report says=A SMALL MASS IS SEEN IN THE RAPHE WITH FLACKS OF CALCIFICATION WITH IN-SUGGESTS PYRONIS DISEASE IN THE SCROTAL RAPHE.But i heard pyronies disease happens only on penis and for my case which is normal in anatomically and physiologically.does pyronies disease occur for scrotal tissue.What may be the management.Does it requires surgery and will it cause infertility.Waiting for your valuable replay.Rgds.
