I had fallen bladder; surgery vaginal floor reconstruction several years ago. Seems to have had no major problems until recently. I developed sore on my butt cheek, which now has popped, draining much green puss and I had a white material coming out of the "sore". I cut it last night, it was about 1/2 in long. I'm assuming it's my sling. What I can't figure out is the location, toward inside of cheek midway between vagina and anus. I do have a doctor appt with a general surgeon, my doctor office said they thought it was a pilonidal cyst. I don't think so....

I hope you saved what you cut out. That does not sound like a cyst to me. Go to pelvicfloor.com to see what some of the other women who have problems with mesh are saying. What kind of mesh was it?
