white discharge in urine

I've been seeing whitish particle/discharge in my urine. WHat could it be and should i be concerned about it? my urine has the normal clear color. sometimes very clear when i drink plenty of water. i have no symptoms of UTI like burning sensation, frequent urination, etc. I don't have vaginal discharge.  the white stuff also looks like mucus. i see one or two of them everytime  i urinate. COuld it really be mucus? Or semen from sex? how could this stuff get into my bladder?  could it be from food i ate? protein? I'm worried. thanks for your help.

Mucus threads are sometimes seen in the urine. Get a urinalysis if this is normal, then you probably do not need to be worried.

It sounds like just normal vaginal discharge being cleaned out with the urine stream. If you have no other symptoms, I wouldn't be concerned.
