Blood in semen and microscopic blood in urine

I am 64. and feeling good. I exercise everyday; drink a moderate amount of alcohol.
My PSA has been .04 or .05 for ten years or more. It was recently .07
I have had microscopic blood in my urine for at least 20 yrs.
I found  out a year ago that I have a kidney cyst.(about the size of a sausage link)

I went to my internist for blood in my semen about two months ago.He gave me a weeks worth of antibiotic.
It seemed to help clear up all the blood..
I went to my urologist about 6 weeks ago to have the kidney cyst checked, which he had recommended the year before. After telling him about the blood in the semen he also wanted to make sure the cyst was not causing the blood in the semen. ( the blood in my semen had started again.) He had me get an MRI
He said the cyst had not changed, and he saw no relation between it and the blood in the semen.
A week later he performed a cystoscopy.( I had a cystocopy 20 yrs ago for one instance of blood in the semen--nothing found--never had another instance of blood in the semen until now) This urologist saw nothing abnormal this time either
I continue to have fairly large amounts of blood in my semen. ( sometimes brown in color, sometimes red streaks, sometimes a pinkish cast.)
The urologist says my PSA is low, no problem with bladder, the rectal exam indicated only a small amount of growth in the prostate, he really didn't want to put me on antibiotics again because of the possibility of developing an immunity to it.The Doctor says sometime men just have blood in their semen for no discernible reason. I am supposed to see him again in December.

I continue to have blood in my semen , and I am experiencing a small amount of lower back pressure that usually preceeds a bowel movement. I have not had that pressure in the past.

The blood worries me a lot. I don't want to wait until December to re-check this condition.
Waht do you think ?
Thank you,
