Dull pain in the left groin area
Hi
I have a pain in the left groin area, it is dull and pretty much constant 2 out of 10.  I had it for about 6-7 weeks.  I have taken antibiotics which I thought were doing its job, but the pain came back.  My blood was checked for cancer markers ( testicular cancer ) but it showed negative.  I had an ultrasound done but nothing was found.  I was if the pain persists  I should do a lymph node biopsy.  My symptoms besides the pain in the groin area are sometimes tender lymph nodes in the arm pits and overall tiredness adn feeling like something is wrong.  Please help, thanks
