Enlarged Right Testicle

I have had an enlarged right testicle now for several years and went to see a doctor about it shortly after it happened. I went and they did an ultrasound on it and said that it was just fluid buildup like swelling. I was also told to keep ice on it and the swelling would go down. It still has not gotten any better and may actually be bigger but now also I have red patches on my skin and constantly itch. Do you have any insight as to what this might mean or be?
