Epididymis lump

I gave myself an examination for testicular cancer last night and was alarmed to find a pea sized bump on my left testical, or rather it feels like it's on the epididmis. The other side seems similar but maybe flatter rather than rounded in places. There is no unusual pain and I am not totally familiar with how the epididymis should feel.

Could this be testicular cancer, or do you think it's just the shape of the epididymis?
