Fluid in the lunges and around the heart and intestine?

Had testicular cancer (teratoma ) two years ago did chemo then 1 year after I had an enlarged lymph nod so had to have it removed along with all the nods connected to it on my left side. after I was told that it wasn’t cancer it was a mature teratoma which apparently was a good news .
Now 2 year and 3 month after I was done chemo I got fluid in my longs after I had a very strong dose of antibiotic and did all the blood test which showed nothing but high sedimentation rate of 52 mm in the first hour and a ++ presence of C-Reactive protein and the fluid test was normal but rich in glucose.
Finally I did a full body scan and it showed some fluid around the heart and in the intestine area (not sure exactly where) its called I think bretwan bridge doglas (excuse my spelling)
And still I got no explanation and I should mention that my markers were normal too.
I have been on cortizone for a month now and I feel tired most of the time.
Need an explanation or at least a direction to look in need my health back cause I have a baby on the way and I wana be there for him
