Hello Dr. and Friends, I have a serious and urgent question. My son who is 15 has recently discovered a white spot on penis. He is going through puberty - developed pubic hair, changed voice, armpit hair,chest hair, testicle and penis growth . On his penis he has a fairly large vain . On that vain directly in the center is the bump/spot. I have recently been told it could be a certain cyst. Please help. He is too embarassed to visit the doctor about it. Please email at
