Is This Testicular Cancer?

So I was giving myself a "checkup" about a minute ago and I notice a tiny tiny little bump on my right testicle that is a different firmness from the rest of the testicle. Honestly it feels like a medium to large grain of sand, but it is rather firm and it has me concerned. I always figured cancer would be a big lump but maybe it always starts really small?
Any help would be great, I don't want to overreact over nothing.

I had to have mine removed and am awaiting chemo therapy.
Please have it checked out by a physician.
Ofcourse it could be some other thing like epididymitis or maybe something else, I am not a physician. But if I were in your shoes, I would have it checked as soon as I could.
