Looking for more detailed prognostic info.

My 48 yr old husband, (5'10",175# healthy male with no comorbities) was recently dx with urethral cancer. Original site, fossa navicularis, took to zero margins, no penectomy, August/08. Underwent bilateral ILND last week for mets to rt inguinal node. (skip lesion?)(+squamous cell) 18 superficial nodes removed, 1 was positive, with extranodal involvement, 1 deep node removed, (neg). 6 superficial nodes removed lt groin, all negative. Can't find any info on prognosis at this point, since in all my past research, penectomy was usually done prior or with the INLD. U of M saw no reason to do the penectomy, since the lesion had been removed prior, urine cytology and CXR were negative. I have looked at dozens of articles, but can't find more info.What are the odds of recurrence? What is 5yr survival rate?Where might it mets to next? Would this make him a D1,or a T1, N1, MX?  Lymph node on MRI in Feb. was 1.6cm but had grown before surgery last week. Any other questions I should ask tumor board? I am an RN by the way.
