Lump on testical

I have a lump on the right side of my testical its not really on the testical, it's like on the skin. I've had it for a week. At First i thought it was nothing. Then a few days later it was still there(3 days). I tried to pop it but it didn't pop. It about the size of a pea. The color is like the color of a zit. I've looked up testical cancer and i dont have any symptoms. The only thing i have is the lump. I have noticed that there is a hair on it. And im 18 also my friend has the same thing but he is 13. So pls help me. Thank You
