Pea-size lump on left testicle

by ccwhynot, May 09, 2009 12:19PM
I have noticed a pea-sized lump on the bottom side of my left testicle.   I have no pain.   My newly-wed wife says that after sex she notices an unusual odor that she never experienced with other male partners from previous marriage/relationships.   I also have "jock itch" which I developed three years ago but do not treat.   I do have a fatty tumor on my back which I have not had removed yet.   My medical history is asthma, allergies and some type of fungus/spore related lung disease.  Do you think this lump could be related to my other fungus type of conditions or my fatty tumor condition on my back?   Is it related to the unusual odor after sex - maybe from my ejaculation?   Any help or suggestions is appreciated.   Should I be checked?  I am 53 years old and haven't had a physical in over five years.
