Penis Cancer Possibility...

Hi... any answers or help on this are greatly appreciated as there seems to be something very, very wrong with me... i realize i probably wrote too many details :/ but i wanted to be as thorough as possible. i am a 26 yo male and i have not had sex since April of last year...
About a month ago i noticed a growth on my penis shaft.. it seemed to be a wart and i initially thought/hoped it was just some sort of zit or something from possibly not cleaning myself throughly enough. Anyways, so i went to the doctor and got it checked out and he freezed/burned it. It is seeming to shrink in size now actually, which is good i suppose. I guess this means i have hpv... but there is something very strange about what is happening to me :/ ...i am experiencing EXTREME pain all over my penis primarily at the base of my shaft and the pain radiates down to my testicles. It is kind of like a dull aching pain (like a lack of blood flow? i dont know) and sometimes more like a burning pain.
I've also noticed smaller clustered white spots (more warts possibly) all over the base of my shaft.. mostly on the left side, the same side my initial wart was on.. but these are smaller ones, and there are also smaller clusters of spots on the other side as well.. again mostly on the base. These spots are difficult to see but when erect they are much more visible, or when the skin is stretched... the scary thing is they seem to be SPREADING and i am really horrified it may be something worse than hpv since everything i have researched says hpv is not supposed to cause pain..
It's also unusual is it not for the warts to form at the base?? i am circumsized and the head of my penis seems as yet unaffected, however the first initial wart i noticed DID grow from right off of where my foreskin would have been. (the leftover offcolored circle of skin around the shaft below my head) it is the highest area any growths have occured.
Other unusual things i have noticed is that one vein on the side of my penis appears to be.. darker :( purpleish.. i dont know if thats related but it looks scary. Also one time while urinating, after i had pee'd i noticed a mucus like substance coming out of my penis... it appeared really similar looking to semen and since i had stopped masturbating i am not sure if that was just some left over excess semen? or something worse... that only happened once though.
Some other history about me -- I have had cysts in my testicles for as long as i can remember age 12 or so.. but they were checked out several years ago and found to be benign or not life-threatening or whatever i guess. I have also had a very similar kind of pain in my penis about 3 years ago, but after a few months it disappeared as strangely as it arrived (this was around the time they did an ultrasound on my testicular cysts) but at that time i never formed any visible growths or spots, to my knowledge.
They are apparently calling me back to see a urologist within the next few weeks, i wish i could see one now, i just would like to know what i should ask for?? testing wise??? do these symptoms seem like they could possibly be penile cancer? the idea of having to get a penectomy is the most horrifying thing i have ever thought of and i am very scared... i want to prevent that any way i can if possible!! is there anything i can do right now?? i started taking vitamin supplements in hopes that i can supercharge my immune system but is there is any kind of cream or something i could possibly use to help?? a final question i have is will masturbating spread this infection worse? i am not currently sexually active but id like to know whether touching myself will spread this hpv? (if thats what it is) or cancer... i just am so scared.
