Regarding trigonitis in man

I am 47 yrs old male, having frequent urination 6 times in day time and 8 times in night time. Then I checked with Urosurgeons in Myanmar, Anal USG, Bladder Scann and Urometry and Uroflow study and they said very mild prostate enlargement with Bladder Neck Dyssynegia.
I was prescribed by Duracard, but not releave symptom.
The main symptom is tenseness and pain over the SPA when bladder filling, then relieved when voiding of 120-200ml of urine.
Kindly advise me how I have to do.
