What now?

by clfly, Oct 27, 2009 03:04PM
Husband has just had a NEGATIVE 12 coreTRUS biopsy with estimated 40 grm prostate and had a 10.8 initial PSA with rise to 12.8 and 8% free PSA within one month. He is completely asymptomatic ie no nocturia, no difficulty urinating, strong stream, good erections with no decrease in semen and complete absence of pain. What if anything is going on? Urologist very unconcerned. Wants repeat PSA in 3 months.
