hi my name is Sam and i am 15 years old. a coule of years ago i noticed a cashew sized bumped on the inside of my testicular "sack" occasionaly while playing basketball ill get a pain on either the bumps side or the other side due to the jumping up and down. it rarely ever hurs and i mean rarely and i have had regular check ups and my doctor has made no comments about it. i can touch it with no pain and just wanted to know your thoughts
