cyst under head of penis

A few months ago I found a small two mm cyst under the head of my penis at the bottom...I can only feel it when I am hard...i am uncircumsized and the skin grew over it so I can not pull it back...it does not hurt but i can feel its there sometimes with out touching its under the skin and feels hard not really std looking the only medication I take is serequel xr i am a smoker...its right where my head begins...I have no insurance what do i do?...there is no cancer in my family tree at all...just some heart issues
