During the time my testicleTesticle lump Testicle pain Testicle ultrasound started to grow and feel uncomfortable, I also noticed that my semen volume started to decrease steadily. By the time I had the testicleTesticle lump Testicle pain Testicle ultrasound removed (some 7 months after I noticed the tumor, which was a month ago), my semen volume has remained very low. I also have lower back pain, groin pain and general pain in the abdominal area. After ejaculation the pains increase and I get burning sensations all over my groin area, including increased lower back pain. I am taking pain pills deal with it. The best medicine for me now is to avoid ejaculate or having sex alltogether.
It generally feels like something is blocking my seminal fluid from coming out, taken, there is any seminal fluid produced.
I am very confused of my low semen volume, because it all started with my testiclar cancer, is it a coincidence or are they connected in some way?
Do the lymph nodes affect the low semen volume in some way, e.g. due to their swelling, are blocking the ejaculatory ducts, or in any other way causing any kind of blockage?
Are my veins dilated because of the cancer and thus blocking the ejaculatory ducts?
