i have a bump..

I really dont know if this has to do with color cancer or not. I am 22 years old and have not had any serious medical history but is making me wonder. I have about a quarter size bump just on the outside on my anus. It hurts quite a bit and on rare occasions I find blood when im using the bathroom, what could this be? Im not exactly able to see a doctor right away so im giving it some time but some ideas about this might help if anything. plz and thank you.
