is this cancer???

Hi recently I have found a small little bump on my right testicle. I noticed it a few weeks ago and was just wondering if it was anything to worry about. When i can feel it, it feels a little floppy and it is at the front of my testicle. It's not to big either, about the size of a grain of rice maybe. It also does not feel as hard as rock, but its hard to tell. Also, i have had no pains or anything like that, just this weird bump.
