kidney and bladder stent pain

I have a stent in my bladder and kidney have had it for one month. What are the discomforts mine are severe pain in back like someone pushing on my back also fells like the tube moveing around cant get comfortable at night to sleep and during day fell very tired all the time . is this normal my ureter was puncture all they way through during operation to get out kidney stones so had to have stent in to repair tear; debbie
