lumps in groin area

i worried about going to the doctor because im scared of what it may be !!! im a 26 yr old white mail and last year i found 1 kidney shape lump in my groin it didnt hurt or anything so i thought it may go away but is hasnt n 2 months later i found another now this year i have 4 lumps in all 2 on my right side 1 is quite big and the other is pea size and they both move arround i have no pain in that area at all and 2 on the left side which came up after the 2 on my right , they are small pea size and move arround as well with no pain anywhere please if s1 could guide me of what it may be and should i go to see my doctor i would realy appreciate it very much.
