plz help heavy bleeding

hii i m 60 yr old mail and had heavy bleeding during urination about a week ago then doc did ct scan and cytology test and they came back normal the 28 hours ago doc perfomed a cystoscopy andduring cystoscopy doctor told me that my penis opening is narrow thats why i had bleeding and he made the penis oening bigger but after that i m heavy heavy bleedingbefore and after the urination and unbearable pain. i m taking antibiotics and doc told me that bleedingis expected for 2days and nothing yo worry is this fine or asomthing serious. i m worried  plz plz help me thanks
