Hm - does it happen all the time or is it occasional?  What happens if you increase your water intake?

In addition to the post above, you aren't suffering any signs of jaundice are you like your eyeballs, nailbeds being yellow tinged?  Nonetheless, you should see your doctor for a urinalysis most likely at the very least.
