It is important to determine the stage of your bladder tumor.  If it is superficial (ta or t1), another turbt with chemotherapy instillation into the bladder may be necessary.  If you cancer has invaded into muscle (t2) then a discussion of options that include radical surgery with or without chemotherapy will be necessary.  Typically poorly differentiated carcinoma tend to progress to muscle invasion, so early treatment is important.
