White spot

i have a white spot on the underside of my penis. i have fordyces spots and it just look like a larger version of them. i am 17 and virgin and was wondering if WHITE spots are still related to cancerous spsots. i am thinking about seeing a doctor soon to get a prpoer check up i was just wondering are canerous spots often raised and white?

Cancer of the penis usually appears as an ulcer or a raised cauliflower-like  growth
on the glans (glands) penis. It is very rare in uncircumcised males. The usual age of incidence is 55 years or more.

From your description it is not very likely that you have a cancerous growth. However examination by a urologist is advisable.
