How long is the average normal time for that male to return to work as a busdriver?

Radical cystectomy is a complex operation and depending on the type of urinary diversion, can have a lengthy recovery period.  You as the patient are probably the best person to determine when you feel ready to return to work.  Most men who have a normal post-operative course can go back to work around 6 weeks after surgery.  There is no rule to recovery.
