bladder nodule, all tests inconclusive

I have been diagnosed with a solid mass (1.5cm) in the anterior bladder wall by ultrasound ( for pelvic pain) in March. Had undergone cystoscopy , ultrasound guided needle biopsy which are all inconclusive. MRI showed a soft tissue mass between abdominal wall and outer anterior wall of bladder attached to bladder wall (close to where urachal remnant may arise) , but ultrasound says intramural bladder mass. It has been 7 months and I still don't know what the nodule is nor what to do with it.

I had another ultrasound last month which did not show significant change in the mass. My urologist suggested to watch it with regular ultrasound or surgery (laparatomy + partial cystectom).

I am 23 years old female college student and am terribly scared of surgery  but I am also concerned that if it is cancer,  waiting will just lead to worse prognosis. Please give some advice. Thank you very much.

Solid, intramural mass in the anterior wall of the bladder with smooth mucosa on cystoscopy may very well arise from urachal remnant.
I would certainly be concerned about it (especially being a solid lesion).
Partial cystectomy is a valid option. Ultrasound guided trucut biosy may help in characterizing the kind of lesion we are dealing.
