The "right RU" (I don't use this abbreviation) probably stands for right retrograde ureterogram. This is where the surgeon injects contrast dye into your right ureter and kidney and does an x-ray to look for any abnormalities. "Flex URS w/ pss bx" is flexible ureteroscopy with possible biopsy. This is where a small flexible camera is used to look from the bladder into the ureter (tube that connects kidney to bladder) and kidney if necessary to inspect by vision for any abnormalities that may be seen on the right RU. If there is a lesion then a biopsy of the tissue can be performed at that time to determine what the lesion is composed of.
I had a ct scan done and this is what the impression was from radioligest - - that I have - Heterogeneous opacification of right renal pelvis on delayed images is concerning for an intra-luminal filling defect. Differential conciderations include transitional cell carcinoma versus hemorrhagic or infectious debris. Correlation with retrograde urography or ureteroscopy is recommended.
