please help.....

I am a 38y/o healthy male. I am experiencing alot of pain in my testicles after ejaculation, specifically the left testicle. For the past few days my left side lower back is giving me constant pain. The pain seems to radiate from my lower back to the testes. What should i do?

This is a difficult question to answer without a physical examination.  Many things can cause testicular pain including infection/inflammation, kidney stones, epididymitis or orchitis, trauma, twisting of the testicle (torsion), among other things.  You should be seen by your doctor to get a physical examination and then further determinations can be made.
