Testis Pain

I am 26 years old. Weight 56 kg. I have been suffering from testes pain since 4-5 years. 2 years before it’s pain both testes. It’s pain 24 hour and the pain was intolerable. Now its pain and maximum time right testes but after 4 days 7days and occasionally but tolerable. But there is always uneasy in my right testes. When it’s pain it’s also gone through my right side buttock muscle, my west, and my thigh. My right side testes hang slide than left side and its bigger slide than left side.

In my 12 to 18 years old I had some bad habit like masturbation. Now my semen is very thin and light. After pee some semen release with urine and semen also release when I am sleep. When I woke up from sleep but stay lay in bed I feel my west, belly are pains so I no longer stay in bed. Then I leave the bed standing walking 2 or 3 steps it’s gone it’s happened approximately everyday.

When I attack by fever this testes pain come back with fever.  

Another problem is that after completing pee some urine stays my penis when I touch my penis its release.

Day by day my health is broken. I am now very thin. I am 20 kg under weight.

Please suggest me. Is my masturbation habit is responsible for my today’s disease.

For my problem I go to doctor he gave me some tests like whole abdomen ultrasound, S.creatinine test of blood, Routine test of urine, Ultrasound of: Scrotum/Testis. All tests are comes with normal findings no problem. Then he gives me some medicine and vitamins I took them. Below is the list of medicine that he gave me,

Capsule: Doxycycline 100mg; pronil DS
Tablet: Tenaxit ( Flupentixol 0.5mg; melitracen 10mg); Neurobest( vitamin B1,B6,B12)

But my pain still not goes properly.

Another thing I felt that the pain is now only the right side testes. Now my right side testes little bit bigger than left side and hanging more than left side. But if I press my testes in hand there is no pain. I believe my left testis is perfectly ok. Now my problem is right testes it’s always pains. When its pain the pain spread to lower abdomen navel side, kidney, back and buttock muscle all pains are in right side of the body. But there is no effect in left side testes and left side of the body. Sometime pain gone like in this way I feel I am ok after 10 to 15 days it’s again come back.

My semen is very light and watery. If I thinking or see any sexual thing my semen ejecting without erecting completely it also ejecting after urine. Amount of semen is less. I also see when I pressure for pee some semen come out like watery. And semen comes out when I sleep in the night without any dream.

Day by day my health is broken I am 27 years old but I am seems to be 15 years boy. I think masturbation is responsible for my today’s situation now what can I do please help me. Below I give you my Ultrasound report of my testis,

Rt Testicle: Normal in Position, size (measures: 4.6cm × 2.3cm), shape & texture No focal lesion (like cystic or solid) is noted. Blood supply ( colour maping & power Doppler) to the testicle is well. No calcification is noted. No peri- testicular collection is noted. Epididymis is normal in size,shape,& texture. No regional lymph-adenopathy seen

Blood supply ( colour maping & power Doppler) to the testicle is well. No calcification is noted. No peri- testicular collection is noted. Epididymis is normal in size,shape,& texture. Hi,
It’s very difficult to make an online diagnosis without a physical examination and thus will suggest you to consult a urologist for the same so that the exact cause of the pain in the testes can be looked into. It could possibly be epididymitis or torsion of the testes or a cyst in the scrotum. You might need further investigations like a scrotal ultrasound for the confirmation of the diagnosis and thus please don’t hesitate in consulting a doctor for the same. I sincerely hope that helps. Thank you very much. You don't know how much you have helped me to get over my anxiety and guilt feeling.

But I am unmarried. I have never sex with a girl. I start my masturbation very early and hold it 4 years nothing else then why there is a pain in testes. Now my semen is very light and thin. Pain in my lower abdomen at the time of pain in my testes.

I can’t free with my parents and Doctor. Is it possible to prescribe in online?

Please be assured your weight loss has got nothing to do with masturbation as masturbation is not a bad habit and it has got no adverse consequences like weight loss etc. For weight loss/being underweight, you should consult a physician and let him search for the causes of being underweight.
