MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,
I can understand the pain & trauma you’re going through. 10mm is not a small stone and its slightly difficult for it to come out naturally without intervention like ESWL (shock wave lithotripsy) or stenting etc. However, you can come home and the intervention can be done later provided there’s no evidence of hydronephrosis (back pressure on the kidney) due to the stone. You’ll have to get it removed. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
