19 year old with testicle problem

I am 19 years old and my  right testicle never fully dropped. So I have never developed they are both in the scrotum yet its significantly higher than the left. I have never grown and I have never ejaculated. This is very embarrassing. I just need to know what to do seeing as nobody knows of my problem..

Thank You. Scotty

Hi, I too was born with undescended testicles, one came down at about two and the other not untill the age of 13.
I'm now 45 and have 3 children.
As for surgery I would not advice it as you state that both are in the scrotum now. It is completely normal for the left to be slightly lower then the right.
A few years back I had a vasectomy and it formed a hematoma that had to be removed.  After the surgey the left testicle was fixed in the scrotum and it bothered me quite a bit. A year later I developed a staph infection and ended up having an emergency orchiectomy of the left testicle. In 2006 I had a right inguinal hernia repair that now sort of fixed the right testicle into the part of the scrotum. I can notice it once a while when sitting down as it cannot role away as before.
As long as the testes are in the scrotum, I would not worry about it and would not resort to surgery.

If you are concerned about not developing as you would expect, you could have a doctor check your testosterone level. I have a monthly shot of testosteron injection to boost the testosterone levels. The shot is not that bad and I'm able to inject the testosteron myself.

All the best.

Go to a urologist.

There is a surgery but from my experience I would not recommend it unless the surgeon is really good. It is called orchiopexy. It is to fix the testicle in the scrotum but....

I never had luck with it and I developed chronic pain as well and later (10 years) ended up having to have the right one removed, talk to the doctor to come up with alternative treatments first and surgery last. Cutting cuts nerves and the feeling never seems to come back.
