3 years of testicle pain - STD?

3 years ago I received unproted oral sex from a female friend. A couple of weeks after that, I felt pain in both testicles. I went and got tested for all STD's, and eveything came back negative.

Shortly after that, I got a new girlfriend. About 4-5 months into the relationship, she developed a skin irrtation between her legs, which he doctors suspects could be dermatoses (she's been battling this for the past few years).

I 've had urnine samples taken, and just recently, a cystoscopy performed to check my bladder and prostate. All good. But lately I also notcied that after sex, my penis swells on the shaft near the bottom. It goes away after an hour or so. My doctor said it could be a blocked passage, but did not elborate any further.

My questions:

1) seen as how my STD tests came back negative, is there a chance I could have picked up a bacterial infection from the oral sex episode? I've done research on NGU, and I've never had any discharge or swelling.

2) if I did pick up an infection, could that be what's causing my girlfriend's possible dermatoses?

3) my girlfriend has a history of yeast infections and urinary tract infections. Could be be the reverse - could I have gotten the infection from her? The time from my oral sex encounter and my new girlfriend is extremely close, so I can't recall exactly when the pain started.

4) in regards to my penis swelling... is it related to all of this?

5) what are some cuasing of testicular pain? Is stress a factor?

I know it's difficut to diagnose online, but I just wanted an opinion, mostly on where this could be coming from.  I'm going in for another ultrasound tomorrow.

To answer your questions:
1) STDs simply checks for syphillis, gonorrhea and chlamydia.  There is the possibility of other bacteria.  Obtaining a prostatic massage or sending the urine off for analysis can yield other bacteria.

2) It's possible.  However, if she has been having these symptoms for years, it can be something else.  Having her see a dermatologist is a consideration.

3) Testing the urine for UTIs and yeast can determine if you caught anything from her.  

4) An ultrasound can evaluate for the presence of any cysts or dilated veins.

5) Again, a cyst or mass can lead to testicular pain.  The next step would be an ultrasound.  

I would discuss these options with a urologist or your personal physician.
