A fatty tissue on my penis?

Im a little freaked out its not stds it the same color as my penis its not red or anything iv never had sex,im circumsized. I just noticed it recently plz answer my qestion qwick it just sticks out it soft but kinda solid im freak out plus i dont wanna tell my parents until i get some opinons
