A toy turned things into a nightmare!! PLEASE HELP!!

Ok so here's everything. I had sex 10 days ago(not last friday, but the one before that), with a close friend of mine, right after a little rough foreplay(fingering, and he used a vibrator on me, which was mine, and it was the first time using it). After the sex, I only felt the usual discomfort that I always feel, and then after that discomfort was gone by the next morning, everything was back to normal. He wanted to hookup again on Sunday(two days later), but I said I couldn't. So, he urged me to use my toy again, and just think of him, which I did. I tried using it with a fast deep motion once I got into it. I think I might have rubbed something I shouldn't have because I had this burning sensation afterwards that wouldn't leave, and a discharge that was light yellow in color, and more of a sugary smell too it. I was very swollen on the left side of my vagina lip, very close to the bottom. I thought I might have cut myself too, because it had a very bad burning sensation in that area when I went to pee(just as getting any type of liquid in a cut will burn). It's been 7 days now and the swelling has gone down a lot, and it still burns but not as much. Two nights ago I got the Monistat7 for a yeast infection, just hoping thats what it is, and have taken it the last two nights, and the night before I started to take it, it also started burning every time I went to pee, and I had too frequently. I have bacterial vaginosis that comes and goes, yeast infections that do too(not as common, but still common), and UTI that come and go also. I've had Strep B(a type of UTI) twice in my life,one of the times being 2wks ago but I don't think it could be that this time. I took a small hand mirror and checked, but there are no visible cuts anywhere. The left side of my lip in the swollen area, is starting to loose puffiness, but the redness is still there. I'm not sure what to do because I think the bacteria is inside(if bacteria is what's there). I'm not sure if I can put any type of cream on the area where my lip is swollen to either help remove the bacteria or burning sensation. A burning sensation also started today, even when im not peeing, and when I do pee it burns even more and gets really warm. PLEASE HELP! if you know of any remedies or creams please let me know!!

Thank you very much for your help. I took Monistat7, only have one dosage left, and am doing fine. I am drinking plenty of cranberry juice also. Will Bacitracin work if I have that? I have barely anymore swelling, and the pain is no longer there. Could it have been vaginal thrash? I haven't gone to the doctor yet. I was only going to go if the problem persisted. I'm at the doctor's a lot as is.

Hello,
From your symptoms it looks like friction rub of the lips of vagina causing chafing and UTI/ urethritis(burning micturition). It can be gonoccocal or non gonoccocal. I would suggest a 24 hrs urine test and a swab culture of the discharge to confirm the diagnosis. Unfortunately treatment is diagnosis specific and these investigations are needed for diagnosis. Till then drink plenty of fluids and cramberry juice.

For the friction rub, Wash the areas several times with fresh water. Do not use any cosmetic products at the sites. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin. Also wear cotton undergarments. Application of mild corticosteroid cream and oral antiinflammatories like ibuprofen/acetaminophen are also helpful.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
