Are there any visible lesions or rash in the penis?
I suggest that you wash the area with mild and bland cleansers only and try to use a lubricant during sexual intercourse if this is deemed painful or uncomfortable.Water based lubricants may be preferred over oil based ones.
Observe your symptoms and see if this resolves through time.A baseline urinalysis and urine culture as well a baseline assessment with a urologist will help.
This may not be something very urgent.In some cases of sexual contact, the friction and manipulation that is associated with the act may cause irritation of the penile skin.This may lead to dryness and itchiness.This may be a case of allergic or irritant dermatitis.
