Abdominal Pain Postop Bladder Tact

My step-mother had bladder tact surgery 4 years ago. Since that time, she has experienced abdominal pain that has increasing gotten worse over the years and now has her incapacitated. Has anyone experienced abdominal pain after bladder tact surgery and what did you or your physician do for resolution?
