Abdominal pain.

  3 weeks ago, I started having this pain in my right testicle.
  Later I found out the pain is actually above the right testicle.
  It spreads to the right abdominal area.
  Four days ago, I started having pain when I urinate. In the hole
  of the penis to be exact.
  I have no idea of what I have. No sign of testicle cancer. No
  blood in the urine, no pain in the kidney areas. No smell in the
  urine. It seems none of the things that scare me are the problem.
  So what is it that I have? I believe it might be a kidney stone
  because I used to drink a lot of Sodas in the past. Excessively.
  Any ideas? Help!

It is difficult for us to make diagnosis over the internet.  You could be having appendicitis for all we know.  I would recommend you seeing a doctor , have some test run to see what the problem is.  If there is microscopic blood in the urine , a kidney stone is certainly in the differential diagnosis.
