3 weeks ago, I started having this pain in my right

Four days ago, I started having pain when I urinate. In the hole

Penis pain to be exact.
I have no idea of what I have. No sign of

Ph urine test, no pain in the kidney areas. No

Stools - foul smelling in the
urine. It seems none of the things that scare me are the problem.
So what is it that I have? I believe it might be a kidney stone
because I used to drink a lot of Sodas in the past. Excessively.
Any ideas? Help!

It is difficult for us to make diagnosis over the internet. You could be having appendicitis for all we know. I would recommend you seeing a doctor , have some test run to see what the problem is. If there is microscopic blood in the urine , a kidney stone is certainly in the differential diagnosis.
