Acention and discomfort in right testical

My right testical has risen in the scrotum by about half of the left one.
I have done a TSE a couple of time in the past few hours, but have not found any lumps or deformations.
It was mentioned in earlier post that it could be a muscle contraction, but this has been for about 3 days now.
The discomfort has been for some time, since I was 11yrs, but has dulled since the occurance on the accention.
I hope the list of signs and symptoms help.
