I'm 25 and for the 7years I've been having a rather embarrassing problem. When I drink more than a few beers, quite regularly I will wet myself in my sleep. The obvious solution is to quit drinking I would still like to hear any alternatives? Obviously alcohol is the main culprit, but I also smoke cigarettes while drinking, which I understand can also irritate the bladder? Is there some sort of anti-diaretic tablet you can take safely with alcohol? I've also tried adding red bull to a few of my drinks so my body doesn't go into such a deep slumber, with some success, but it is hard to tell whether this is just dumb luck. Any advice would be much appreciated.
