Hi,
The chances of it being an allergic reaction due to ciprofloxacin seems minimal as the allergic reactions usually occur immediately after the first dose and not on the fifth day of taking a drug. It seems like some other pathology. It could be an acute inflammation of the testes which could be viral in origin (viral orchitis) or it could be a fungal infection of the perineal region and both these diseases respond to the use of steroids. I’ll suggest consulting a dermatologist for the confirmation of the diagnosis. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
