Am I dying?

Ok I know I'm probably not really dying, but I need some help. About two years ago I discovered I have a condition called IC that makes me have UTI symptoms triggered by diet. Anyways, antibiotics have no effect as it is an allergy rather than a bacterial infection. As you may imagine, the false UTI symptoms make it difficult to detect a real UTI. So about 5 days ago I noticed more severe symptoms than usual, and upon googling, it turned out I have every symptom of a UTI. so yesterday I went to the doc and got a Rx for antibiotics (Macrobid) which I had not taken prior to today. Anyways, I took my first dose today as per the instructions, alongside 1000mg of Tylenol and 2 Azo (urinary pain relief), and about 8 hours later, had a violent vomiting spell.  I recovered, ate a little, and now, 12 hours from the first dose (I just took the second dose) I'm having tightness in my chest and slight chest pain. HERE is where I'm starting to get nervous that I've poisoned myself. I don't understand the chest pain. I'm taking Wellbutrin, Prozac, the antibiotics, and I stopped taking the Tylenol and Azo for now. Anyways, my question is, should I go to the ER for the chest pain and emesis? Or is it ok for me to go to bed? Hoping to get an answer tonight. Thanks!!!!!
