Am I getting overrly excited or is it a problem?

I'm a 23 year old uncircumsized male.

Lately when I've been with my girl friend, whom I care about very much, I've been getting a hardon very quickly sometimes even without intense kissing or anything like that.  Now that in itself wouldn't be so bad but this causes the preseminal fluid to come out which gets pretty annoying when we're making out for a while.  It makes it feel like I've wet myself. All this and we're not having sexual relations.

I've had sex before and this never happened to me. I don't think this can be concidered premature ejaculation because I was able to last fairly long time with my previous girlfriends.

It's pretty embarassing, is there an explanation for this and is there a way for me not get hard so easily, without thinking about baseball?  And is there something I can do about the preseminal fluid?  It gets so bad sometimes when I pull my foreskin back to use the restroom it's soaked in the fluid.

I do take multivitamins daily, flax seed oil caps and also use hydroxycut and actimine(acme medicine)

Please help.

I am not aware of a specific medication or procedure that can reduce the amount of preseminal fluid.

If there is a component of premature ejaculation (which sometimes can lead to early preseminal fluid discharge), there are some studies showing antidepressants (i.e. SSRIs like Paxil) that can reduce the frequency of this symptom.

You can discuss this with your personal physician, or in conjunction with a urology referral.

Followup with your personal physician is essential.
