Anal Fissure

My doctor told me I had a anal fissure, I thought it was going great the sorness was going away with the cream he gave me. I was trying to eat a high fiber diet. But now I have a new problem, when I wipe after a bowel movement, I have a clear liquid come from somewere. It look like the piece of skin or vein that comes fome the sac near the anus is swollen then on the other side of the anus towards my tailbone is very sore. Could this be a yeast infection and not an anal fissure?
The clear liquid has no smell, and only happens when I wipe and could be wiping for hours leading to irritation of the skin around the anus. And i have anal itching. Thanks for all the help.
