If the
lumpLumps in the breasts is next to, and not in, the scrotum, then it is unlikely that testicular cancer is present. I'm not sure where it is without examining you, but a cyst, infection or lymph node are possibilities.
If there is concern about cancer, a scrotal ultrasound can be considered for further evaluation. If it is a cyst, you may want to discuss the case with a surgeon to have it removed.
