Bacteria found on penis - advice!

I recently had symptoms of what I thought was a yeast infection - red rash skin on the penis glans etc. I treated that with an antifungal cream, which made it mildly better, but it always came back worse. Also around this time, I started having some pain during ejaculation, like my penis was about to pop. Something definitely wasn't right!

I was traveling at the time so I couldn't get to a doctor right away, but finally I got to a doctor and he did a few swabs and sent them to the lab.

Now today my lab results just came back and showed that i have "vibrio damsela" bacteria on my penis. Supposedly you just treat it with antibiotics but after doing some Googling it sounds like a bacteria that is quite serious. Is this something I should be concerned about? Should I visit a specialist or urologist?

Thanks!
