Balc faded spots on head of penis

Hi on the left hand side of the head of my penis there is a Black spot about as big as >>0<< and then just above it there is another one. They have bin there for about 1 1/2 years and have caused no pain. They are not raided and they look like bruses to tell you the truth.
Can you let me know what you guys think. and i do belive i only started with one and now theres 2 but as i said at least 1 1/2 years min that i can remember they might have bin there for much longer.

Sorry for spelling but let me confirm something. They are fadded not a solid dark black lump or ne thing looks like a bruse as i said ^

Sorry for the comments. Just reading threw what i said seems to be wrong. They are not lumps at all just looks like a black haze with defined edges you can tell where it begins and ends but not lump at all or any raised anything all normal just skin is dif color.

My boyfriend also has one that i have noticed but im not sure if there is more than one. It looks more or less like a freckel on his penis.
